Where to buy Cialis/Viagra

Hi guys, I've just registered with this site, in desperation. My problem is I suffer from a combination of PE, and whilst I can get hard initially it's game over as soon as i've emptied, and it's getting me really down, and affects my partner as well. I've been to the GP about this but he told me (for the PE) "it's all in the mind" and I should be lucky I can get hard in the first place.

Basically I can't get anything on prescription, so I've been scouring the internet for sites where I can buy medication to help me.
